YTMate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
2. Our Service
YTMate is a YouTube to MP3 converter tool that allows users to convert publicly available YouTube videos to MP3 format. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. Our service merely provides a conversion tool for content that users access through third-party platforms.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to convert and download content using our service. By using YTMate, users represent and warrant that:

4. Copyright Infringement Claims

5. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
DMCA takedown notices should be sent to our designated DMCA agent through our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".
Please note that we may not be able to process incomplete or invalid DMCA notices. All notices should be submitted in English and include all required information as specified above.
7. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
8. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate user access to our service if they are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who have been subject to multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
9. Safe Harbor
YTMate operates as a service provider under the DMCA safe harbor provisions. We do not actively monitor user activity or the content being converted through our service. We respond to valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action when notified of copyright infringement.
10. Fair Use
We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may be considered fair use under copyright law. However, the determination of fair use is fact-specific and depends on various factors including the purpose of use, nature of the work, amount used, and effect on the market.
11. International Users
Users from countries outside the United States should be aware that copyright laws vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with the copyright laws of their respective countries when using our service.
12. No Liability for User Actions
YTMate is not responsible for user actions or the content that users choose to convert using our service. We do not endorse, encourage, or facilitate copyright infringement and urge all users to respect intellectual property rights.

We encourage users to use our service responsibly and legally. This may include:
- Converting content they own or have permission to use
- Using content for educational or research purposes where permitted
